When the darling owners of Box Thyme, Haylee & Molly, reached out to me to do some food photography of their incredible charcuterie boxes, I was thrilled!! These are not only delicious as ever, they are works of art!
These food artists are very intentional with their ingredients, flavor palettes and presentation. Not only is being on set with all this deliciousness a dream come true, we got to taste them and they are so scrumptious!! Prosciutto, brie, crostini, tomatoes, olive oil & balsamic, pears, fig jam, Pirouettes, mint, candies nuts, mozzarella, and so much more make these delectable boxes light but filling.
