I was out searching for a new field or two to shoot in and ran into a kind gentleman who offered his field. I followed him to this gorgeous, off the beaten path, field. It has beautiful light, grass, some trees and lots of open space. During certain times of year, he grazes cattle there. He was so kind and we chatted and chatted. He knew my grandparents and family, shared old time stories of Southern Utah and even told on himself for a few mishaps in his younger days. It was a so fun to share a few minutes of history with him. I love having roots in an area and am grateful for those who preserve the small town feel we grew up with.
Anyhoooo… this fun family was willing to let me meet up with them in this new location and take their pics. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys and can’t believe how big their children are getting. Angie is a fantastic real estate agent with Red Rock Real Estate. We met years and years ago when I was also in real estate. She is so kind and caring and just an amazing woman. Her husband Paul, owns Zion Helicopters. They do amazing guided tours of Zion National Park, Bryce and Lake Powell. One day soon, I’m going to surprise my husband and do a helicopter tour or two!!
